This feature is not available via Outlook when using a Microsoft Exchange Server e-mail account. OIT has instead given you this capability from the Tmail Account Management Tool. To change the email address that the messages are from, go to https://ds.utk.edu/uact/. Click on Manage Your Exchange Account & login. Choose "Set Primary Address" on the left side of the page. Choose your primary address from the drop down box and then click on Apply. Outlook 2013/2016 To change your address in IMAP or POP accounts: Click the File tab. Click Account Settings, and then click Account Settings. Select the e-mail account for which you want to update the e-mail address, and then click Change. Under User Information, in the E-mail Address box, type the complete e-mail address that was assigned by your e-mail administrator or ISP. Make sure to include the user name, the @ symbol, and the domain name. Click More Settings. On the General tab, under Other User Information, if you already specified an e-mail address in the Reply e-mail address box, make sure that it is still correct.
