How do I configure Outlook 2011/2016 for my Office 365 Volmail account?

When you start Outlook for the first time, you may see a welcome window that will allow you to add an account or import an account.  Select Add Account.  If you have already started using the program, you can choose Outlook>Preferences from the file menu.  Select "Accounts" and then choose "Add Account".

  1. Choose Exchange Account.
  2. Enter the following information: 
  3. Click Add Account.
  4. You will receive an autodiscover prompt shortly. 
  5. Check the box next to Always use my response for this server, then click Allow.


Outlook should automatically pull the rest of the configuration information.  Once it has finished, your Outlook client should be configured.  You can close the Account prefences window and Outlook should attempt to send/receive your mail, contacts, and calendars.
