Please update your bookmark. Note: To map your T-Storage drives from off-campus, you will need to connect to the UTK VPN using Pulse Secure. To map your T-Storage drives in Windows: Open File Explorer. Select This PC from the left pane. Then, on the Computer tab, select Map network drive. Select the drive you want to assign the share to, then In the Folder field type in the appropriate address for the share you are trying to connect to. Check the box that says Connect using different credentials then click Finish. For your home directory: \\tshome.utk.tennessee.edu\home\netid**In the path above, replace the text "netid" with your personal NetID. For your departmental directory: \\ra.utk.tennessee.edu\depts$ Fill out the Windows Security prompt as follows and click OK:Username: utk\NetIDPassword: Your NetID Password The network share will now show up on your Computer window as a disk drive under your Network Locations. **Note: If you are unable to map your network drive, make sure you are connecting to the campus network using a wired connection or connecting to the EDUROAM wireless network.
