Search Knowledge Base: (Moved) I'm the leader of a LiveOnline@UT (Zoom) meeting. What are my options for recording the meeting and sharing the recording? This article has been moved to the new OIT Knowledge Base. This article will be retired. Please update your bookmark. LiveOnline@UT (Zoom) recordings will save on the local device by default. Zoom will create a folder, usually within the My Documents or Documents location on the device, and save all recording files to it. Meeting leaders may change the default recording file save location by following the steps below. Log in to LiveOnline@UT (Zoom) the desktop application. Select Settings or the Settings Gear. Select Recording. Change the default file save location to another location on the device. The recording folder may contain several files, including a MP4. The MP4 file may be uploaded and shared to a file storage location such as Google Drive and shared from there. Or, upload the file to YouTube and share a link to it with others.
