Search Knowledge Base: I'm the leader of a LiveOnline@UT (Zoom) meeting. How can I print a list of the participants in my meeting? Meeting leaders may export the participant list to a .csv file, save it locally, and then print the file via the printing options available for the computer. Follow the steps below to get started. After the meeting has ended, access your LiveOnline@UT (Zoom) profile. If you’re logged into the Zoom desktop application, select the triangle at the top of the Zoom desktop window (Or, if you have the latest version, select the profile icon). Then select My Profile. (Or, go to tennessee.zoom.us and select "Create or Edit Account" to log in.) Select Reports on the left of the profile page. Select the type of report you wish to review. For a list of participants who attended the meeting, select the Usage report. Next, select the dates of the meeting(s) you wish to query for and select Search. Select the meeting, and then select the option to Export to CSV file to export the information. Or, to view a list of participants on the screen at that moment, select the number in the Participants column. Download and save the .csv file. This file type may be opened with Microsoft Excel. Print the Excel file as you would any other file on the device. Also, you may wish to select File, Save As in Excel and save the .csv to an Excel spreadsheet format. Need more help?
