Search Knowledge Base: Setting up a Chat or Video meeting for everyone in a Microsoft Team In MS Teams, you can communicate with an entire Team by text chat or video meetings. You can not make a team phone call. If you have multiple people you wish to talk to as a phone call, make a separate chat with those people. Log in to Office 365 or open the Teams app on your computer or phone. Select the Team you want to make a call to by selecting All Teams and selecting the one you want to talk with. Select the Channel you want the chat, call, or video conference to be in. To chat, simply type in the box for Start new conversation or Type @ to mention someone box. To make a video meeting, at the bottom of the chat screen select the Meet Now button—it looks like a small video camera. To schedule a future meeting: To schedule a future meeting, when the video window opens select the Schedule a Meeting button. When the meeting window opens enter your meeting information. Press Send Your announcement is now active for all your team members If notifications are turned on each of your team members will be notified of the announcements. If the team members are running the Teams App and have allowed notifications they will be notified on their devices.
