Search Knowledge Base: How do I send email on behalf of my supervisor in Outlook 2016? Launch Outlook and open a blank mail message. Select the Options tab. Select the From button located in the Show Fields section of the toolbar. A dropdown menu will display two options; these will be your own email address and an option called Other E-mail Address. Select Other E-mail Address. A window called Send From Other E-mail Address will appear. Select the From... button. A window called Choose Sender will appear. From the dropdown menu, select the Address Book > Global Address List. In the Search field, begin typing the address that you want to use to send the message. Locate the address, select it, and click OK. The window called Send From Other E-mail Address will reappear. The address that you chose as the From address is now displayed. Click OK. Your blank email message now displays the address that you chose as the From address. Note: You will only be able to select an address that you have been given permission, such as send on behalf of permission, to use as a sender. Need more help?
