Print Friendly and PDF

Some of the training modules, such as the FERPA training, on the K@TE learning system require Adobe Flash to run. The following article details how to enable Flash in popular web browsers.

Chrome

  1. In the top right corner, select the shield icon, and then select Load Unsafe Scripts.

  2. In the top left corner, select the “! Not Secure” icon, then select Site Settings.

  3. Search for Flash in the list, and set Flash to Allow. Close the Site Settings Tab.
  4. Select the Reload option at the top of the top of the page to load the training.

Firefox

  1. Select Run Adobe Flash.
  2. Select Allow when prompted to run Adobe Flash on this site.

Safari

Choose to Use Once when prompted to use Flash.

Edge and Internet Explorer

Select Allow Once when prompted to allow a pop-up from tennessee.csod.com at the bottom of the page. The training may take time to load.
