This feature is not available via Outlook when using a Microsoft Exchange Server email account. OIT has given you this capability instead and you may follow these instructions to update your email aliases and preferred address. To change your address in IMAP or POP accounts in Outlook 2013 or 2016: Click the File tab. Choose Account Settings > Account Settings. Select the email account for which you want to update the email address; click Change. Under User Information, in the Email Address box, type the complete email address that was assigned by your email administrator or ISP. Make sure to include the username, the @ symbol, and the domain name. Click More Settings. On the General tab, under Other User Information, if you already specified an email address in the Reply email address box, make sure that it is still correct. If you leave Reply email address blank, when people reply to your email, the address that you entered in Step 4 will be used. Need more help?
