Suggestion Idea
I would like to suggest that UT obtain a campus license for Overleaf. Many of our COSC majors are now using it in senior design for collaborative writing and our Dept will be using their tools to help create assessment documents for ABET and SACS accreditation. I met with reps at the MathFest Conference in Denver this summer and it seems many prominent schools are now using it for technical (scientific) and educational document creation and collaboration needs. It is an awesome tool that students across many colleges will want to use (especially if they want to learn LaTeX in a collaborative way). (Submitted 2286 days 7 hours ago) I like it!

I would like to suggest UT obtain subscriptions for Grammarly. If we had Grammarly available for staff and students, that would be amazing! Many of us pay for our own personal accounts that we use for these purposes because the service is so helpful. (Submitted 877 days 11 hours ago) I like it!

Hello, I would really appreciate a campus license to Zotero's online storage. I know endnote is available, but I use Zotero because it has a free desktop app I have used for years. Now that I'm a graduate student I have maxed out the online storage, and I can read articles only on one device. I know others are paying out of pocket for access to more Zotero storage, so adding this to the list of university-supplied technology will benefit many students and researchers. https://www.zotero.org/storage/institutions#institution (Submitted 550 days 11 hours ago) I like it!

I would like for UT to obtain campus or departmental access to BioRender. It can be used for all kinds of science, technical, and safety presentations, posters, writings, and documentation. Many people at UT are already paying for accounts, and having campus wide access can connect us all and hopefully be more cost effective. Representatives at BioRender have discussed that they are interested in partnering with UT and even creating UT-themed templates for us to use. (Submitted 871 days 16 hours ago) I like it!

Canva Pro for campus would be amazing. I utilize the free version weekly for course work and for projects in my current role. The features like graphics, sounds clips, videos, and premade templates in pro are wonderful tools that would enhance my learning and student outreach. (Submitted 535 days 14 hours ago) I like it!
